Located right at a raw material cocoa zone of Cho Gao,Tien Giang, we together with local famers have done one complete process. We start from planting organic cocoa trees, taking good care of them accordance to instructions by organic cocoa development project, funded by Hevetas, Switzerland, and then fermenting and drying cocoa beans, selecting the best cocoa beans to grind into fine pure cocoa powder, extracting cocoa butter and producing chocolate and hand-made packaging.
